Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be in new condition without any signs of use, damage or discarded by the user and must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Keitherns records.
  • A receipt, order number, or email confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized products
  • Products with hygiene concerns (e.g., opened puzzles, used toys)
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

How to Return

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at queries@keitherns.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Ship Your Item: Upon approval, securely pack your item in the original packaging and include the receipt or order confirmation. Ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Inspection and Processing: We will inspect your return within 5 business days of receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days thereafter.

Refunds

Refund Method

Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at queries@keitherns.com.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size or color. If you need to exchange your item for the same product or a different size/color, please visit the dedicated exchange section on our website. You can initiate the exchange process by following the instructions provided there.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include a proof of purchase or order number with your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If approved, the exchanged item will be dispatched promptly, subject to availability. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
